04. Lithium Battery Pack and Charger Usage Guidelines
Lithium Battery Pack and Charger Usage Guidelines
- Strictly prohibit connecting devices that exceed the product's specified load capacity.
- Strictly prohibit the use of batteries or chargers not officially provided by Yabo.
- When the battery power is low, the buzzer on the expansion board will sound an alarm; at this point, you must turn off the power supply and then charge the battery.
- Please turn off the main power switch on the expansion board while charging the battery. Do not use the battery while it is charging, to prevent the charger or battery from exploding.
- During charging, the charger indicator light will glow red, indicating that charging is in progress; when the light turns green, it indicates that the battery is fully charged. The battery should be monitored while charging; once charging is complete, disconnect the charger as soon as possible to prevent overcharging.
- After use, turn off the main power switch. If the device will not be used for an extended period, maintain the battery voltage between 7.0V and 7.8V. Remove the bottom battery compartment cover, disconnect the battery cables, and remove the lithium battery pack. Store it in a designated safe battery storage area; do not store it alongside metal objects, and do not remove the insulating film wrapped around the battery.
- Keep away from heat sources, open flames, and any liquids. Never use the device in wet or rainy conditions, as a damp environment may cause short circuits and damage the product.
- If the lithium battery pack or charger begins to smoke or overheat (to the point where the outer casing cracks), immediately disconnect the power strip or main circuit breaker, then quickly unplug the charger and move the battery to an open, clear area.
- If the lithium battery pack or charger catches fire or emits smoke, use sand or a dry powder fire extinguisher to extinguish the fire, then immediately evacuate to a safe area.
- Do not use the lithium battery pack or charger if it shows signs of damage, leakage, severe overheating, deformation, discoloration, emits a strange odor, or exhibits any other abnormal phenomena. Contact Yabo or an authorized distributor immediately for assistance.
- Please use the device in an environment with temperatures ranging from 0°C to 45°C; operating outside this temperature range may compromise the stability of the lithium battery pack or charger.
- Strictly prohibit intentionally puncturing, short-circuiting, reverse-connecting, unauthorized soldering, impacting, crushing, or throwing the battery pack or charger. 13. Do not use the product in environments with strong static electricity or strong magnetic fields; doing so may result in product damage.
- Strictly prohibit unauthorized modification or alteration of the hardware circuit board.
- Do not allow children to use the lithium battery pack or battery charger without adult supervision; store batteries in a location inaccessible to children.
