System Update

For the sake of system security and stability, it is recommended that users update the system using the apt command after installing the system.

The /etc/apt/source.list file contains the software source list of the apt command.

Before installing the software, you need to update the package list by apt command.

• Open the terminal command line and enter the following command.

sudo apt update

• Upgrade all installed packages to the latest version with the following command.

xxxxxxxxxx
sudo apt full-upgrade

Note: It is recommended to use the full-upgrade option instead of the upgrade option, so that when the related dependencies change, the dependent packages will also be updated synchronously.

• After executing the apt full-upgrade command, the driver, kernel files, and some system software may be reinstalled. It is recommended that users manually restart the device to make the update take effect.
