Pin level output control

Use simple_out.py in the example

The program will output high and low levels (alternately updated every 2 seconds) to the physical pin PIN12

Run the program

cd /opt/nvidia/jetson-gpio/samples/
sudo python3 simple_out.py

Expected effect

You can use a voltmeter to test whether the voltage of pin 12 is high or low
