2. Running the Program

Currently, some GPIO output control functions are malfunctioning because some pin device trees are only configured with input functions by default, thus output cannot be enabled! **

Using DuPont wires to bring out GPIO.BOARD 13 and GND pins, a multimeter can be used to measure the pin voltage changes:
