1. Description
This tutorial is mainly provided to the following customers:
- Users who purchased the Jetson Orin official kit before January 22, 2025
- Users who purchased the Jetson Orin SUB kit before February 8, 2025
Note:
Users who purchased Jetson Orin after February 8, 2025 only need to assemble and start the system
2. Upgrade Method
2.1. Burn SUPER Boot
Refer to the tutorial [Chapter 2 Jetson basic course: Burn SUPER Boot] for operation: Completing this tutorial allows the motherboard to start the Jetpack 6.2 system.
2.2. Restore Factory Image System
Refer to the tutorial [Chapter 2 Jetson basic course: Restore initial image system] for operation: Completing this tutorial writes the SUPER (Jetpack 6.2) system to the solid-state drive.
Note: You need to prepare the solid-state drive enclosure in advance.
2.3. SSD Expansion
Refer to the tutorial [Chapter 2 Jetson basic course: SSD Expansion] for operation: Completing this tutorial allocates the unallocated space of the solid-state drive.
