12.Set root user password
Setting the Root User Password
1. Introduction
Since Ubuntu systems do not have a password by default and cannot be logged in as the root user, a password must be set before switching to the root user.
The factory image already has the root password set to: yahboom. If using the factory image, the following steps are unnecessary.
2. Setting the Root Password
Open a terminal, enter the following command, and then enter the same root password twice to confirm.
sudo passwd root
Note: The root password is very important. If you reset the root password, please remember it.
