01.OpenClaw Installation
OpenClaw Installation
1. Install Node.js
Since OpenClaw requires Node.js v22, and the system's default Node.js version is relatively low, you need to add the Node.js v22 repository first, and then install Node.js.
Open the system terminal, add the nodejs-v22 repository, and you will see green information indicating that the addition is complete.
curl -fsSL https://deb.nodesource.com/setup_22.x | sudo -E bash -

Execute the Node.js installation command
xxxxxxxxxxsudo apt updatesudo apt install -y nodejs
Execute the version check command; if you see v22.xx.xx, the installation is successful.
xxxxxxxxxxnode -v

2. Install Openclaw
Execute the installation script in the terminal. The script will automatically download the environment-related components. Please wait for it to complete.
xxxxxxxxxxcurl -fsSL https://openclaw.ai/install.sh | bash

If you see the Yes/No screen, it means Openclaw has been installed successfully. Select No and press Enter to exit the installation process.

Execute the version check command. Because OpenClaw updates and iterates rapidly, the printed version number may differ.
xxxxxxxxxxopenclaw --version
